A 61-year-old man dies in a side-by-side crash at T`Railway near Red Rocks.

Police commented the man did not wear the sea belt.

Police said a 61-year-old man from Channel Port aux Basques died after a side-by-side collision of ATV at T’Railway near Red Rocks. 

The RCMP said it had received a report of the crash shortly before 6:30 pm. Wednesday. At the car wash of T’Railway, a driver and a passenger crashed side by side. Police said the driver was not wearing a seatbelt or helmet and was sentenced to death at the scene. 

Passengers were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, RCMP said. According to the RCMP, the Chief Medical Officer’s office is involved and an investigation is underway.
